We offer a design and consulting service to support our clients come up with a design that meets the relevant council’s development requirements and we can price and plan a project so that it will be compliant and within the required budget. This is a fixed cost that doesn’t require any commitment to proceed to an actual build. Should the client choose to progress to a build, this cost is factored into the total cost of the project.
